Competence, experience and a very fine instinct: with these top qualities, Change Animal - Christine von Fragstein led the network group of Filmkultur NRW, which had been set up informally for years, to the founding of an association. We were not only able to count on her well-founded workshop leadership expertise, but also on her experience in the film industry in terms of content. Christine knows how to meet her clients where they are. Her ability to choose from a wide variety of workshop techniques those that were precisely tailored to our skills and needs made the process efficient and purposeful. Without Christine, we would probably still not be at our destination today.

It was fantastic to see how she empowered and accompanied the students of the cooperating universities as a team in a very short time. This resulted in 30 impressive interviews. At the end of the two-week Design Thinking Training the students surprised us with a stage-ready film! For me, an absolute highlight!
